Award Nomination Forms:

• Award Of Merit - The AWARD OF MERIT is given to a worthy recipient who has served approximately 3 to 5 years as an adult Scouting volunteer. All nominations must be submitted in writing to the Awards Committee Chairman.

• President's Award - PRESIDENT'S AWARD: Each Unit Committee annually nominates one worthy volunteer from its unit for the President's Award  The recipient is a volunteer who has served at least one year as a Scouting volunteer.  The nomination is submitted to the Commissioner's staff.  The Council President may also nominate one or more worthy individuals for outstanding service to the Council.

• Silver Beaver Award - The SILVER BEAVER AWARD is given to a worthy recipient who has served approximately 10  years as an adult Scouting  volunteer.  Although it is not required, it is highly recommended that a Silver Beaver recipient should have first received the Award of Merit. All nominations must be submitted in writing to the Awards Committee Chairman.

• Charter Organization of the Year - CHARTER ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR:  Annually, one Charter Organization is honored by the Council for outstanding support of its unit and the Boy Scouts of America.  Nominations are submitted in writing to the Commissioner's staff.
